The year 2087 is upon us — a future where genetic engineering is the norm, the addictive Trance has replaced almost any need for human interaction, and an omnipresent AI named Central powers the city. Its all-seeing CEL police force keeps tabs on everyone, including three people who are about to meet their maker.
*Charlie Regis, an agent of the city’s all-seeing secret police, finds himself blackmailed with the lives of his unborn children. Pushed to the limits by his deceit and his past, how far is he willing to go to save his legacy?
*Latha Sesame, a jobless agoraphobe addicted to the Trance, has become targeted for assassination. Without knowing who to trust, she must face the dangers of “meatspace” and survive a fate that has invisibly ruled her entire life.
*Max Lao, a tech-savvy case officer who joined CEL to forget her criminal past. Now she finds herself torn between two loyalties. When she’s asked to apprehend her best friend and partner, she must choose to follow her friend or the law.
As these three struggle to save themselves, they will soon discover a string of conspiracies that threatens not only their lives, but everything they think they know.

The dystopian world envisioned in this game contains things that I'm sure will happen in real life in the future, which is both scary and... no, it's just scary. The point-and-click part is pretty OK, meaning the objects are rarely hard to find. The game is pretty light in moon logic ("twisted logic that seems tailor-made to frustrates you" - urbandictionary.com) and I only got stuck really badly a few times. Even if it looks dated, this is a modern game with good artwork, story, and some interesting characters.
Rating: I for one welcome our new AI overlord!

Another fine example of retro point and click adventure brought to use by Wadget Eye and Technocrat , I'm a sucker for cyberpunk dystopias and this game did not disappoint, the story is good, with many twists and turns, artstyle is fantastic, music is great, puzzles are not difficult so the pace of the narrative is not disrupted. What can I say?, this game got me hooked from beggining to end.
Great old-school PnC adventure with an awesome cyberpunk story centered around AI. I enjoyed this one even more than "Unavowed" or the "Blackwell" series. My only criticism really is the lack of hotspot highlighting.
One of the rare games that I would consider a "must-play".
If "TECHNOBABYLON" was conceived as a different type of game, with more budget or bells-and-whistles, the combination of fantastic voice acting, terrific writing, and the utilization of its cyberpunk and noir setting to its fullest potential — featuring great character, multicultural background and fantastic world building — would be infinitely more popular and celebrated. As its stands, however, the game is a storytelling achievement. Intriguing, fun, and deeply satisfying -if albeit a little frustrating for point-and-click non-connoisseurs.
