STAR WARS™ Rebellion

One of my favorite games growing up. A game that actually poses a challenge and isn't a guaranteed win. I have not downloaded the game, but plan to tonight. Will this not work on my PC since I have upgraded to Windows 10? Thanks!

I believe the graphics issue is only affecting windows 10. Is there any way to have an update sent down for windows 10 Users? I LOVE THIS GAME

This is a great game! For those having the upside down images problem. Right click the shortcut icon, select compatibility and set it to win 95. Solved that pesky problem for me! May be the GOG team could add that to the support page.

This is the first strategy game I fell in love with, back in the late 1990s. It was my first experience with being obsessed with a computer game that offered infinite replayability.

Love this game. Love it a lot. Played it too many times to count now. This Gog version works pretty well, although there certainly are some glitches. I personally can never get around the crashing on auto battle bug, but regular saving makes it doable. Its really a 4X game, not an RTS, but with the added awesomeness of controlling Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Darth Vader, and every original trilogy character you can think of, as well as all the recognisable worlds, and of course the great sound track. The reason I give it only 4 stars for me is the one massive weakness of the game, the AI. Once you get to know the play a little, it is IMPOSSIBLE to lose. I play it on hardest setting, and give the computer a head start of 200 days and I still win every time, just employing some really basic tactics. The AI is utterly dimwitted and completely predictable. Wont be an issue on first few playthroughs but becomes more problematic as you get to know the game more. A real shame, because other than that, the mechanics are very clever, deep enough to be very interesting and provide lots of ways to engage the enemy, but not too deep to overwhelm or become tedious. If the AI were better it would be almost endlessly replayable.
