I never played Alien Crossfire, even back when it was impossible to get! I might have done a review a while back, but this update warrants buying it. I save 40-60$ by buying Alien Crossfire here!

A bundle with AXF will be most welcome! AlphaCentauri is great, no doubt (great game play, great soundtrack,...), AXF is making AlphaCentauri even better!

When I was younger (and had the CD) I'd play this when ever I was able to. It has some good movies (when you build the 'wonders') and sone great quotes (like "Richard Baxton piloted his Recon Rover into a fungal vortex and held off four waves of mind worms, saving an entire colony. We immediately purchased his identity manifests and repackaged him into the Recon Rover Rick character with a multi-tiered media campaign: televids, touchbooks, holos, psi-tours-- the works. People need heroes. They don't need to know how he died clawing his eyes out, screaming for mercy. The real story would just hurt sales, and dampen the spirits of our customers."). This is a must buy for all Civ like fans.

Fantastic game. Really wish Firaxis would update this one instead of constantly rehashing Civ. This purchase would be even better with the Alien Crossfire expansion.
