Doesn't live up to initial potential
While the game has a lot of potential at first, like climbing on pretty much any building, ability to disguise yourself; it doesn't really do much with any of that. Most missions are kill a bunch of enemies and/or blow of something. It never really changes that formula. Therefore the mission seem extremely monotone, which is funny as there are side missions as well, but you can't even tell, because all of it seems to blur together. The story feels like a cliffnotes version of a story. None of the characters are established properly, meaning that you will not be invested in anything they do, or what's happening to them. The dialogue is to the point, no words are really wasted on any kind of relationship building (when it does happen, it's in a form of some kind of lame humor). And by the way, the black and white sections, while they do serve a purpose, look ugly - there's no other way to put it. Overall, it's a mixed bag - it reminded be a lot about Mafia 1 (outlaw forced into becoming a race driver, similar time period), so it just made me wanna play that more.
