RoboCop: Rogue City

everything is here, even peter weller and dallas landmarks, remember to take a shot when you spot one, play robocop the north texas way.

this game reminds me of a 80s movie with lots of shooting, action and a great story whats not to like.

This game has no right to be this good. It really carries the spirit of the original film. Even though is using UE5, it runs OK and the shooting is fantastic!

This is a game full of charm and character that would have fit right in the PS3/360 era. It feels just like games like The Darkness or Escape From Butcher Bay. Classic, emotive FPSes where you can really embody the character of the game. When I walk as RoboCop, I do the hard, deliberate turns and movements, sometimes making the noises he made in the movie. It's got some minor jank and weird decisions, but it's the right jank. It's the mark of quality and craftsmanship rather than a blemish to be hid. Also in the first 3 minutes of the game you get to watch a cat knock a can off a scaffold.

This is a fun game. From the head-popping visuals, to the fan-service nostalgia, you get a second-chance at your life as Alex Murphy, a.k.a. Robocop! The story is simple, and straight-forward (much like the movie). The gameplay is sometimes slowed down by the 'public defender' portion of the game where you get to issue tickets! Fire-hydrant blocking vandals, and doped-up drug fiends all get the same justice... Well... sort of... one type gets a stern talking-to and the other gets shot in the face. Oh, and the game randomly crashes to desktop after cut-scenes.
