Best Remaster I've Played

Un FPS Mythique
Ce FPS est mythique, même si je jeu a de l'âge, il reste toujours aussi plaisant d'y jouer. C'est un FPS rythmé et rempli de passages secrets pas toujurs évident à trouver. ROT est qu'on ce le dise devenu un jeu mythique bien encré dans l'Histoire du jeu vidéo.

It was a nostalgia buy
And after some time playing it I remembered why I played doom all the time instead of this game. The level design is very unimaginative, sometimes unfair (save often) and the rest of the game feels really bland in 2023. This game did not age as well as others. 19€ are also not enough for the differences to the free and available ROTT ports out there. System Shock revived the old game with the remake, This game carries the coffin for the series and makes you wish your money back. Sorry, just being honest.

Much better than DOSbox or source ports
I havent had the best experience with other source ports previously, and outside throwing it up on my VGA CRT (and even then, id rather have this) this is the best way to play. I loved the shareware as a kid (we never had brand new top of the line PCs so I was always a couple years behind, and mostly playing shareware lol) So this is perfect, similar to other modern remasters of DOS classics. Thanks GOG and Kex and Nigtdive and all the other re-release/remaster/remake wizards out there. Including source port guys cuz sometiems i use both (Build games come to mind, id games etc)

Ludicrously good
The best 4/10 game you'll ever play, I genuinely do recommend it. This is an excellent port with tons of new features and restored content. It comes with a new level editor and new maps as well.
