Solid addition to an amazing series
Amazing characters, good story and solid gameplay based around limited pool of moves of each hero. Solid addition to Rance series. This can be a first contact with series without any issues. I wholeheartedly recommend this game.

Not as fun as Sengoky, but still great.
I love Sengoku's gameplay more. But lore-wise, Rance Quest could be better. You can understand much more of its world compared to Sengoku which only focus on story about JAPAN.

10/10 Loved it
Very good main story, I loved the main heroine, good charcter writting and develpment of "main"/"recuring" characters. Very wholesome game compared to other Rance games. Although it is most grindy game for completion*, The gameplay is solid. *slight SPOILERS-the can-can exp is very weak later on requiring you kill few of them just to get one lvl up, and last hidden boss requires you to finish game 3 times.

Solid sequel to the series
If you're not interested in the H aspects of this series eroge then this game continues the Sengoku aspects of "resource management" gameplay. Now in the form of character skills, and the strategy of how you allocate skills changes throughout the game. Which is why the skill reset item is really cheap. The character gags and writing are strong and the translation does a lot of it justice.

It was not what I expected
I thought the story was somewhat solid or fun but it's just pointless H gags and repetitive farming gameplay.
