Satisfying Builder With One Fatal Flaw

It's a good builder/management game to get on sale, but it has one fundamental flaw that makes nonsense of all your floor-plans: the pathfinding is atrocious. If someone needs to go to the toilet, for instance, they will head for the nearest one to where they started. Corridors and elevators may take them past several other toilets on the way, but they'll stay determined to negotiate the entire maze of your hospital because their target was the physically closest one. Then patients get fed up with wait times or even die because everything took so long.

It is a real deal

I was expecting some BETA quality, bad optimized, Theme hospital like game, but I was wrong... It is rather hardcore - realistic sim with plenty of thing to take care of.

I can't stop playing!

This is a seriously fun and addictive game. It has a steep learning curve and the tutorial doesn't cover everything, but once you figure it all out it's amazing. I love micromanaging my departments and diagnosing and curing all the patients one by one. I've played both the campaign and sandbox modes and both are very entertaining. Sandbox mode still has goals that are provided by the insurance companies, so it's pretty much like playing a campaign. I actually like this quite a bit more than Two Point Hospital because so many things were buggy or didn't work in Two Point. Others have mentioned the pathfinding being off, but I haven't noticed any problems yet and I've been playing for weeks. Highly recommended if you like detail oriented building and management games.

Best hospital tycoon I've ever seen

As for me it's almost perfect: real deseases, chalenging diagnostics, broad personalities of staff and patients. Every emergensy case gets me, every death is a personal upset. Even if you do nothing hospital will live its own life, sometimes I spend several ingame days just observing)) Many cute detailes and almost lack of bugs. Pros: 1. Good game design and mechanics it's really interesting to be there 2. Based on real cases: you'll play in PH even if you're working in hospital 3. Awesome sandbox, with lots of minor tasks 4. Broad spectrum of staff, equepment, personalites, remindes SIMS very much. Cons: 1. There is no story or campaing. Only several missions that not catched me. 2. 2D grafic is cute but sometimes inconvenient 3. Only 200 staff can be emploed, why? 4. There is no research, competition, aim.

Very good game, enjoyed it immensely so far. Normally I don't like when people mention other reviews, but I should note that all the complaints seen in 1-star reviews at the time of writing seem to be resolved. You can re-bind keys, I haven't encountered a single game-breaking bug, I had no problem with the tutorials, etc. etc.
