Broken Tutorials and unplayable design

Terrible initial release. I can't even get past the third tutorial as the game said I hadn't built a ward, when I literally just had - with a prefab no less. Horrible, horrible UI. Important stuff hidden by meaningless cosmestic options - while important information like tracking patients and staff are either non-existant or so obtusely hidden I can't find the information. Avoid at all costs.

Not perfect, but brilliant

Frequent updates. Still a bug here and there, but nothing terrible. Deep, involved. Rewards learning. Not sure that the tutorials can really handle the sheer complexity - you'll need to learn a lot by doing. Ultimately, you're going to get enjoyment out of this game proportionally to the effort you put into it. Got a bottleneck? It's probably a lack of nurses. Nurses are super-important. Current playtime, about 170 hours.

6.4.2020 - short review

For everyone who wants a realy good simulation of hospital. Played for many hours didnt encounter any bug as it is written in older reviews. Some menu and control may be at first confusing but as the time goes on it will be ok. Cant wait for another DLCs. Keep going of doing great work - for creators

Close to Reality Sim Hospital

The game has matured well with recent updates. I like the games that try to entertaine its players with a decent amount of reality simulation. Learned some real health information from the game and enjoyed playing the management element. Gave me an appreciation of runing a hospital and managing patient flow process into recovery. Great successor to Theme Hospital but as a seriouse twist this time. Thuogh I have noticed that there is a zombie thing in the game options to tick.

Responsive Devs - Good Game

This game is fun and easily customized if you know how to edit a text file. The developers are responsive on their own forum. So what is this game? It is a simulation of running a hospital. You can start tiny and work your way up, or edit the cash available at the beginning and plunge right into a full-sized hospital. The departments and job classifications may not be laid out the way you are accustomed to seeing them in your home country. They are not, for me. But they are close enough to be recognizable and do function the way they are set up. If you are looking for something humorous, buy Theme Hospital. If you are looking for a serious simulator, buy this game.
