Like the classics: Too much mechanics
I really tried to like this game trying it on three separate occasions. Each time, however, I couldn’t get past just a few hours of gameplay. I cannot help but thing that PoE pulls the good with the bad from the past. What’s the bad here? Overly complex mechanics and having to spend countless hours familiarising oneself with dozens of spells and skills and planning which ones to use. If I wanted to play a strategy game where I have to immaculately plan every move and balance resources, I would have installed one. Games like PoE is sadly what makes me dislike fantasy genre.
