Tries to do too much
The original Panzer General is by far a better game. It feels the the makers of Panzer 2 tried to get too cute and ruined the formula that was so addicting in the first Panzer General. Skip this game.

the game is crap! It will install, but won't launch. NONE of the fixes work...and I have a brand new computer with windows 7. These people are frauds and ought to be sued for selling a nonfunctional game.

Panzer General 2
Back in the day when these games came out, I played Alled General fanatically. I was never able to get this to run however even with the problem solved solutions. I don't recommend it unless you have computer skills. It must just be me, but it had to be deleted from my hard drive.

Will this work on win7?
I love PG II. Played it to death on my Pentium 1 years ago. My retail copy does not even on my new PC ( Win7 64 bits). Will the GOG version work with win 7?
