I already have this in my library, now they offer it again and it does not say it is in my library. It is misleading. 0 stars!

The worst game I have ever played
Neverwinter Nights really is the worst game I have ever played. I have something over 50 hours of gameplay time and most of that time was pure frustration. Let's start with the graphics. I don't know what did the Bioware think, released at the same time as Morrowind or Gothic 2, this game looked atrocious. After such an artistic masterpieces as the infinity engine games were, from the very same developers. Remastered version instroduced some effects and half-complete HD pack, which doesn't save the biggest eyesore and that is the environment areas and overall exteriors. One would say that simple, geometric visuals would at least leave more space for the game to be more "readable", but no. There is really low visual feedback of what is killing the player at the moment. Everything is dark and blends together, no scene contrast. After hours spent on the Shadows of Undertide, with constant reloading because of being killed by tiny kobolds whom I cannot target because the limited camera controls, I finally gave up. Controls really deserve their own paragraph. -Camera is locked on the player -Your henchman (if he's not stucked somewhere at the moment) runs off of your view because the enemies targets you from the distance you cannot see -Your character, with ranged weapon equipped, then decides to go into the melee distance from the enemy -You try to at least change his weapon to melee, but he won't do it until finishes his movement. It's just a complete mess. Tried the original campaign. Really interesting killing 1000 of totally identical mobs throughout the city of Neverwinter in an act that consisted of 4 totally identical routes to your objectives. I review just my singleplayer experience, not the module making, which is obviously the thing here. Even though I can't imagine enjoying any of it with these controls. And I will never understand how this game could have been so well received.

I don't know what the heck this is but it isn't D&D because D&D uses turnbased combat.

Superb; EE worth every cent!
Good gosh, the internet just brings out so much whining and petulance -- most of it from men. I'm a man too, and we need to grow up. On the game: if you loved NWN, you'll love this. The stability and back-end improvements are worth it alone, and the forthcoming asset upgrades are going to be great. The game plays smooth and crash free. The EE has, as well, pushed brilliant community members to refine and republish EE versions of their own work -- e.g., Aielund Saga. Get the game! It supports Beamdog's work bringing these great titles back and supports too the NWN community.
