Do not buy this game!

The designers described it as being in a pre-alpha stage when it was released. The graphics are poor, the gameplay is weak, the interface is abysmal and bugs are everywhere. Even if it was free I could not recommend you invest any time into this game. You are better off playing any other game you can find, free or otherwise. I love the Might and Magic series. I've played them all, and I've beaten 5 of them, but please, please don't buy this game.

Dissapointment

Got the retailbox when it was released. It teached me to get info before buying even if its a cool franchise. Loved part 3-8, and I'm still convinced that this piece of crap (excuse my language, but M&M9 gets me really emotional) was the last and biggest nail in the RPG M&M franchise. Plus Side: Whenever the hype of a game without known hard facts begins to get me I dig out the box and stare at it as a bad reminder.

Frisbee anyone...?

First of all, I have played all of them, yes even going back to MMI all those years ago. I'm looking at the retail box of MMIX on my shelf as I type this. Makes me wonder what would have been if they had been able to finish the game, instead of publish and hope it saves the company. Such a great license, so much lore, to end with a whimper instead of a roar... a waste. Buy the other 8, and avoid this one. Save yourself...

Fun game but so hard to get it to work

It worked well on Windows 7 (it did crash every once in a while but I dont expect much on an old game). Windows 8 was such a huge hassle to get it to work but it did work for a while. Windows 10 it has not worked at all. I did get an incident/request submitted but they were not able to resolve the issues. I get the small window for a quick second then it closes out no matter what compatibilty settings or other settings I choose.
