One of the Best
Addictive gameplay, an interesting story, and even the side quests are a lot of fun. After finishing the story, I plan to fully enjoy everything it offers. You can also enjoy it without knowing the Lord of the Rings stories. 100% recommended.

Still Holds Up After 10+ Years
Loved this game since my early college years and I always love coming back to this. Story isn't anything to write home about but the gameplay and the Nemesis System are what make the game worth replaying. If only the system wasn't patented.

Very satisfying!
Combat is legendary! Still holds up to todays standards... kinda like the batman series! Beautiful graphics for 2014 and a superb nemesis system. What is there not to like? My only gripe is the finicky AI of the orks. You can be running past them and they dont even notice you but that does not take a star from my review. All in all, a superb game for those who love a good hack and slash/ stealth adventure!
