Finally. I was worried that i had to buy a new computer, because its starting to lag on the newest games. But thanks to gog.com i dont have to do that. After a 12-13 years off waiting, this awsome game can be played again. just awsome, it might take some time getting used to for folks who hasnt played it. But like many good old games, once in to it, you cant stopp playing.

where is hidden worlds expansion ?
Like in title GOG add it :) to this pack or make another to buy. Little info : In this expansion pack to the soaring action game Magic Carpet, 25 more worlds have been discovered that the apprentice didn't restore. Time to wear thicker stuff, as it's cold out there in the all-new winter setting. The enemy won't have a problem, as the homing meteor and powered-up arsenal now at your disposal will surely keep them warm. Release Date: Feb 1, 1996

Magic Carpet a great classic
Love the game, and still remains unique and fun even today. A mix between a FPS and RPG wouldn't be doing the game any justice. The only issues I had with the game is the controls, mostly as they are a little awkward and can't be change as of my knowledge.

This game can be presented as deathmatch between mages in order to gather all the mana present in the land. You build a castle to prevent you opponent to steal your mana. They can destroy your castle and you can destroy theirs not counting that creatures can do too. Having to decide when it's time to leave your castle to attack your opponents, find more mana or defend your balloons or defend your castle from loosing its mana is the most enjoyable aspect of this game. The game aged a little, but doesn't feel has been. Once you understood the concept of the game it starts to become realy fun and exciting. I've never played it on LAN, but, I'm pretty sure it's fun. The graphics for its time were fabulous, it ran smootly on a Pentium 90mhz! If you haven't played that game and you don't fear oldschool graphics, get it now, it's still perfectly playable.

great game
I mastered the unusal controls a while ago and its fun to exploit the bugs if possible. If its only a minor spell interuption 1 in 10 clicks it makes it a fun challenege if it doesnt turn to a crash. i already beat this countless times and its worth 6 dollars if your willing to get used to the controls and possible crashes.
