ignor the fake "positives" do NOT buy!!!
this is a rehash of a perfectly good game. the only thing going for this is the grapics. so if you like botox and mascara and plastic chins then I suppose it is the game for you(as in superficial) but everything under the hood is a greazy hose funk! And, yes, I think they could have made a reMASTER of the old game with improved graphics but NOT remaking it into this hose fest! the acting is terrible! it is a knock off of the original. Which had perfectly good voice acting. why change it! and modifying the plot is out in every real gamer and classic oriented movie buff's book! DO NOT REMAKE GAMES! MAKE ORIGINAL ONES OR GO AWAY! the driving physics stinks. They even do away with some of the opponents to make it "easier" it is a game we want challenge not easy! Also they remove characters or reposition play characters as in the main character used to be a simply good ole boy who just got caught up in a bad deal. now he is a silly 1930's american movie characature "I wannabea gansta!" and the acting show it! The cut scene music is over the top and this is not a hollywood action flick it is supposed to depict the 1930s and the pace should follow as the original did the real life 1930s. Also and worse still there is NO music in the actual game play. just a lot of trash-talk. and oh, if you like Mafia 3 and you have the mentality of a 12 year old who lives in his mamma's basement and is bored you may like it. for any real gamer or Mafia buff stick with the classic Mafia and do not buy this rehash cash grab made by amaturs who want a quick buck! Remaster, okay. but NOT a remake! and the remasters should already be in your Mafia inventory! DO not buy a rehash but instead partition for its removal and maybe a Mafia 1 remaster
