Mad Max

Mad Max was an underrated game at it's time, was release close to the release of MGS V The Phantom Pain and many people overlooked this title, vut is a really good and fun game. The GOG version is the superior one for two reasons: 1- It's DRM Free: currently is the only version 100% DRM Free, they have removed Denuvo from the game. 2- It has all the DLCs and Pre Order content that is not avaipable for purchase anymore, that's mean that is the most complete version you can purchase out there. The game has great graphics, and incredible performance, now even better after they removed Denuvo, great hand to hand combat, very brutal and is based on the Freeflow Combat Syatem of the Batman Arkham series, a car that you personalize, a massive open world full of missions and side activities, and some really good characters. Is super recommended even at full price, worth every cent!!!!

I already played Mad Max on Steam, and absolutley loved it. Yet I refunded it, because that Version suffered from Performance Issues due to the inclusion of Denuvo/WBPlay/ Steam Cloud Saving(?). The GOG Game on the other Hand runs complete flawless on max. Settings; and it has to be mentioned that it is well optimized in general. So I am very happy now that I can enjoy this criminally underrated gem (The Price of 5 Euros at during the Spring Sale is a steal!). Keep up the good work GOG !

This has to be one of my all time favourite open world games, along with the stalker games. Whats instantly noticeable is how the graphics are insanely good, especially for a game thats over half a decade(!) old. The colours are beautiful, and the team has stated they went to rainforests for inspiration on the pallette of the sky, which is quite visible. The gameplay is very engaging and quite addicting, the hand to hand combat is THE most satisfying I've ever expereienced in a video game - hands down, while the driving is also top notch. The sound and attention to detail of the V6 engines really stood out to me. The story is quite good for my tastes, although it may be too shallow for some. Overall, a top notch open world game, one thats worth the asking price... and especially so on sale :D

You watch gameplays and reviews on youtube. "it's average", they say. "Quite fun, but nothing incredible", they say. "it's too arcade-style", you might think. No it's not. This is one of the best and most criminally underrated open world games out there - as Bloodrunsclear says. Absolutelly phenomenal game with unique atmosphere and gameplay. Didn't play Batman, but played whole lot of 3rd person open world games and I can say, this is TOP TIER. I would buy it even without discount, and even if it cost 40 €, now I know it is worth it. spent around 115 hours in the game, felt lonely and meaningless when I finished it, cause I really lived the game. advice: Finish all the side Q before finishing the Main story line Q. After finishing the main story line, that is that moment you dealt with the world and the story and you are shutting the game down. 10/10. no bugs or if any, they are totally minor. Brilliant game omg

I have it on steam and it was fully worth the $5 I paid for. 2 playthroughs so far, each 40+hrs. Truly haunting environments, awesome combat system (very 'meaty'), cool progression system. Can get a bit repetitive, but never too bad (just don't stress over missing that one dang missing piece of loot...)
