Really good

The game was actually a lot of fun, despite not being a traditional point-n-click adventure. There aren't puzzles to solve or items to combine explicitly. There's no inventory. But the world is quite rich and interesting, the characters are good and the way the story is told makes you solve the cases in your head as you progress. So you'll have those satisfying Aha! moments even if you don't have to click and manipulate clues and such. The game mechanics aren't revolutionary (actually, it's all quite simple), but it's still a lot of fun, so go for it.

Enjoyable game but no classic adventure

I enjoyed playing the game very much as I liked the story in general and the graphic style. However, it is not a classic adventure, there are just very few puzzles in general and next to no inventory puzzles (there is even no transparent inventory - the protagonist simply picks up a thing and uses it when he thinks it is appropriate). The story also has some twist which are very implausible. Neverthelsess a good game.

Dull with tedious dialogue

This game should be played at bedtime to put you asleep. The characters are uninteresting and it is full of pointless dialogue. Found no real puzzles and just felt it was a grind. Gave up after my head nearly hit the keyboard in boredom.

Great cases, intriguing world!

I'm a sucker for mystery stories and this game has many cases to investigate! I appreciate the casebook feature, which helps me keep track of what I've done and what I need to do. I thoroughly enjoyed working my way through the stories. I liked the episodic nature, it made the game easy to follow. The alternate history world is also very cool. I want to learn more about this world. I'd love to see the developer make this a series! I recommend this to anyone who enjoys point-and-click adventure games!

Good interactive movie

Great atmosphere, music and plot. The alternative historical setting is a plus. The game actually takes you through the story, without much of a choice, but the journey is really pleasant. It isn't replayable at all, but I found it worth buying none the less.
