I loved and I'm still loving this game! It's really nice looking and still playable game ;) I hope, there is gonna be macOS version soon.

My first game
Bought this game a ton of years ago. It was on a CDrom, with an extra included jazz jackrabbit first chapter. Played and finished dozen times, my favorite character is Spazz. Definitely recommend it if you want a fast colorful old-school platform game fun as hell, with a lot of secret areas to discover.

Great game, but watch out for bugs
The game itself is not perfect however it helps recall the simpler times. The gameplay is quite easy frankly speaking, as you can reap through almost every enemy or boss no problem, but its still fun. However the most fun part is looking for those sweet sweet diamonds and coins, That`s what gives the real satisfaction, but you have to keep in mind that there are a lot of bugs in the game so trying to find every single hidden passage will quite often result in getting stuck in the textures. The simple solution is to save quite often. I recommend it as it quickly becomes a habit so much so that you don`t even know you`re doing it. Overall I highly recommend the game espacially to those who played it as kids.
