Not my cup of tea

Tbf I didn't play the game long since it wasn't able to catch me. This is more or less a clicker/management game where you manage a bunch of cam girls and try to acquire as many fans in 21 (in-game) days as possible. You also have to manage your money (the girls are paid of course) and other ressources like booze / cigarettes, accessoires and the stats of the girls. The main mechanic is that you have girls you have to move to specific buildings to "produce" ressources. You can also boost the stats of the girls which increases gain but also costs you more money. You also have to manage their stress which increases with every job (their is a building to lower the stress). You also have to collect the produced "goods" by clicking (and holding). I like the art style and overall setting but for me the mechanics are the main problem with this game. You can buy upgrades (including auto collecting produced stuff) and therefore this is somehow like an idle game but you are stuck with moving the girls to buildings again and again, which annoyed me quite quickly. Yes, you have to micromanage some stuff e.g. with fetishes (Fans have fetishes and girls can satisfy a set of fetishes) and accessories you can "produce" and give the girls, but for me personally there is not much fun in this mechanic and I became bored. Maybe I can recommend the game for people who like casual management games because you have to manage so many ressources to maximize the output in a limited time, but I'm not a fan of this genre, so I can not really say. Plus points for Linux support!

Well worth the price

I don't ususally write reviews but this game is getting weird ones so here it goes... Games must reflect what you pay for them and bought at a steep discount of -75%, Hunie Cam is well worth it... Unless you are totally against some silly raunchiness, That's the gist of it. I elaborate further below. -------------------------------------- Hunie Cam garantees you a couple hours of relatively fast paced management gameplay reminescent of those abundant freemium phone games albait without the pay for win / per character mechanics. Now, if you are a total completionist, you could go for 10+ hours as you try to beat your own score to get all the *trophies*, or you could try to get all the accesories for your favorite girl. there's plenty to do if you are up for it. And, if you are anything like me, you WILL have favorites as the girls, simple as they are in their design, have their own tiny dialogs and little quirks. You will probably also have your "errand girl" to buy cigarettes and booze; and maybe even your "oh no, not you again girl". Each of them able to be personalized in clothes and hairstyle after you complete the game. Now, about the raunchiness, yes, you hire girls into your sexy cam-show / scorting service but that's it. There's no exposed anime titties nor any other over-the-top situation. If that's what you want, you are better off with any of the Kagura games, uncensored of course. If you are NOT into silly raunchiness... why are you even reading this? This is totally a tongue-in-cheek game to be taken and enjoyed in the same fashion. 4 stars is quite fair for it because it accomplishes its purpose but a couple better decisions in design and mechanics would have made it 5-star worthy. You may end up with a stiff wrist...

From all the mouse clicking that is. It's a light resource management game that requires you to click a LOT (to gather resources fast enough and to speed up activity). Very little lewd content, it's basically a few not too X-rated cartoon drawings; for me the fun is in the fact that there doesn't seem to be a very obvious path to the highest score, besides clicking fast so it's actually interesting to try different tactics. One run through takes about a good hour so this gives you plenty of opportunity to try other approaches. Drawback is that it's quite fast and frantic as you're constantly moving workers to new activities. 4 stars for me, would recommend to buy it at a sizeable discount like I did.

Not fun enough

The functionality of the game is good it looks like it was well programed, besides de playability be so repetitive and non rewarding the game actually manage to keep you from quiting too early, furthermore because of the low replayability of the game no one actually wants to try the main objective, and the player end just trying to arrive in the late game, that does't have anything new. I don't recomend to buy this game if you are looking for some fun erotic play.

Shallow but fun enough for a while

This is a simplistic and very fast paced management game where the goal is to build biggest fanbase in a limited time. Single game takes about 1.5 hours, and after that it's possible to continue in freeplay mode should one wish to. It's easy to play and moderately hard to master, although there isn't much depth or complexity, so when you discover the trick to success you can achieve high scores consistently and every session is more or less the same (there is a little bit of RNG). In a few hours spent with HunieCam it gave me pretty good amount of fun and challenge, and considering extremely low price I paid for it on sale, it was worth it. I like the theme and mechanics, but gameplay is a bit too hasty to be relaxing in a long run for my taste (constant attention and fast acting is pretty much required all the time, fortunately when opening menus or tabs, game pauses). It certainly had a potential for something much bigger and better, with more mechanics, polish and content, but, well, it is what it is and still can be fun. P.S. You can hold mouse button. It's slightly less efficient than clicking like a madman, but much more pleasant (for you and your mouse) and still can get you to 100k+ scores.
