Better Left In Suspended Animation
The unvaried gameplay. The monotone, dispassionate voices. The trickle through research tree expansion. The lacklustre plot. The glacial progress of your fleet around the screen. The fiddly control mechanism. The limited available resources. The in-action cut scenes that change the camera view when most inconvenient. The pedestrian speed of resource collection. The lack of tension during combat. The sheer grind of getting through a level. Perhaps no-one can hear you scream in space, but it's boredom, not aliens, that killed this game for me.

Excellent space strategy!
It's awesome game, I remember playing it when it was originally released. And now I bought remastered version of 1 an 2! Great space strategy, hard and demanding. And the soundtrack... excellent. It's sad that these kind of games are not present nowadays...
