Heroes of Might and Magic® 3: Complete

HoMM3 is widely regarded as the best installment in the franchise, and with good reason. It's a lot darker compared to a mostly bright-colorful HoMM II, the third installment was darker, more atmospheric and was bursting with content. New artifacts, new units, new castles and just overall improvement to it's predecessor. It's a blast from begining to end. And if recent Heroes V (Let's never metion Heroes VI ever again)was your kind of game, hey it's just like it only better

Anyone who's played this game to death like I have, if you didn't already know about the user-made expansion: Wake of Gods, go have a look at it, its packed! I first played this game about ten years ago, played it until I got a little bored, but every year or so it gets re-installed and played out again ;) The game is a masterpiece.

This game was a great time killer and I joined Gog just for this......then I started browsing....oh boy I could go broke here lol.

I remember playing this game in my basement in the 90's with one of my best friends. We used to get 3 or 4 ppl and play in Hotseat mode. Basically we would take our turn and the next person would hop in front of the PC and take there turn. It was an amazing experience. Single player with the Multiplayer experience. If you have never played these games, I would recommend any of them in the series. Be prepared to be hooked for hours and hours. There are so many maps online that have been made it really is endless.

S'il faut en posséder un c'est celui-là ... D'accord ça commence à faire mal aux yeux mais les pixels et vieux graphismes ne pourront jamais effacer les qualités de ce jeu et encore moins pour les nostalgiques comme moi ... Je n'ai pu m'empêcher de le racheter dans cette version sur GOG. Histoire, richesse du contenu, gameplay tour par tour excellent, tactique, diversité des cartes, rejouabilité, ... en font la référence ! A vous de juger.
