Fallout 3, vegas and 4
A fantastic game series, Steam is dying in 70 something days but thankfully there is GoG, it will cost me but will buy these three games again. Not so exited about Fallout 76 multiplayer not my thing.

Worth buying on sale
This game is mediocre compared to the previous game in the series, Fallout New Vegas. It is also mediocre compared to its unofficial sequel Fallout London. However, you do need to buy Fallout 4 in order to play Fallout London, and it is much easier to set up Fallout London using GOG rather than Steam. Thus this game (and on this platform) is worth picking up at a discount if only to play Fallout London.

Not the best Fallout, but a huge RPG
The game has many flaws and may bee seen as very average compared to the incredible Fallout New Vegas. However, the open world is huge, teeming with very varied quests, and there are some interesting characters and mechanics. If you add to this all the possibilities offered by the modding community (by the way, you will find mods that correct many of the flaws mentioned earlier), you get an almost infinite amount of possible gaming experiences. If like me, you like to explore everything and hoard resources, Just one playthrough can take several hundreds of hours.
