Should have been on the game
I think too that it's a shame it's sold as a DLC Last time I support Rockfish's game Even for Dlc the ships feels the same, it seems only customisation or new skins

Enough DLCs!
While this looks like a good expansion, I'm not happy that this is a paid DLC. When I bought EVERSPACE I expected to get the whole game. I'm fed up of devs thinking they can get more money out of us by putting extra content in DLCs rather than updates. Shame on you Rockfish!
