wow i remember when i bought this and it wasn't working i was so desperate to play it now sure i will thanks GOG the best pc store ❤️❤️

I liked this game, though it took me longer than for most people to finish this game (8 hours, first game of this sort). The action is fun, its short...Just a silly little B movie shooter. Yeah, the goons might be a little too accurate but the real kicker is the shotgun which can one shot your full health+ plus some armor (its inconsistent). Other problems include audio mixing (the voices are too quiet sometimes), the captions disappearing too quickly, the last boss sucks (the last level is the worst in general) and some other minor bugs Overall i recommend the game, especially if you can get it for less than a euro.

Very much a we have Max Payne at home and a mid 2000s romp. As someone who didn't care for Max Payne or bullet time mechanics, I actually found this pretty enjoyable. If you like those kind of games, you will probably like El Matador. The shooting is fairly solid, and it doesn't look bad for its age and budget. Its does have some bugs here and there but for the most part its stable. On the flip side, Story is a forgetable and predictable generic drug war in south america and its only about 5 hours long with no side content, so replayablity is tied to how much you enjoy the campaign. You could do a lot worse for that price and its more fun than a lot of AAA movie games and open world slop coming out these days.

Tryed this game many tiems in teh past both steam and gog and it never worked right. untill now it suddenly does. thankx gog and plastic reality!!!

If it did not have terrible mouse input and utterly nauseating screen shake every time you shoot, maybe then it would be OK.
