DREDGE

An open world fishing puzzle horror mystery game where you try to find out what happened that lead to your crash. Game is enjoyable. I like the sailing, the fishing and collecting to fish your fish log, the ship upgrades, the inventory management, the story is engaging even if I figured out what the deal is early on. I do like the design and progression in the game for the most part. It's worth a playthrough. I can see why people enjoy it. Con ares the controller ui could use some work, some ingame mechanics could be more clear like when a puzzle just wants you to get 2 weird fishes to place in and not specifically a 5x5 size, the boat steering could be more responsive, I don't like how you can't have a trowl and all the other fishing gear with you, you have to keep switching them out if you want to catch specific fishes. The endings are kind of mid, one kind of sucks in my opinion and the other better. I don't have the DLC and can't comment on it.

A nice fishing game with a little bit of horror, but the more you go forward in the story the more you understand what really lies under the sea. If you like the feeling of uneasiness, of being watched and/or followed, without the danger being apparent at the beginning of the game, this game is for you.

It's great little indie game. The atmosphere is what really sets it apart.

This is an amazing fishing game with a lovecraftian twist. Love it!
