Dragon Age™: Origins - Ultimate Edition

I am so happy I found this on GOG and that it works on my current day hardware. I grew up playing this game on PS3 and i literally can no longer count how many times I have played through it. The storytelling, characters... everything here is Bioware when it was at its best. It's one of my all time favorite games, definitely a comfort game for me and one I will return to again and again. If you have somehow never played this I highly suggest picking it up and giving it a shot. It's just an amazing old school high fantasy RPG with some excellent writing and humor, choice based narrative and bomb soundtrack.

Even at full price this game is worth it. I haven't experienced an RPG quite like this one and was shocked I never played it before.... It's extremely immersive, your choices matter, the story is great, combat is decent, and it's cheap!! Honestly what's not to love. I wish more dragon age games came to GOG but this one is golden :)

Fantastic Classic with a great mix of story-telling and gameplay where your choices truly matter and a good range of difficulty for those that want to enjoy the story and those that want to delve into the gameplay. Also, it's really easy to mod and the mods available are great, especially to improve gamelplay mechanics

Découvert très tardivement, je le préfère largement à son successeur (Inquisition), et c'est assez intéressant de le faire après Baldur's Gate 3 ; on sent à quel point il a pu êre une source d'inspiration. Les combats, pas très intéressants, sont le seul bémol à mes yeux : ne vous prenez pas trop la tête avec, passez en mode facile et profitez à fond de la narration et des personnages
