Dishonored 2 Boring ...as the 1st one.
Same as the 1st one. NO character development...as in... NONE. NO having the fun of finding a really neat, goodie. Aka .. armor, weapon, accessory... except runes, that can be such a pain to find, and then they do crap.... they're not even worth the insane amount of time you spend, trying to retrieve them. Big deal.. look for hours, get a rune... and get an upgrade of several more bullets. Or some other fairly boring stat... Endless, empty buildings, streets and so forth. Big deal... can play as a female. Same boring settings, same LACK of any interesting character development, same pathetic weapons.. a gun or sword... that's it. NO decent armor... shallow exchanges between NPC's... Go... find... kill... return... OVER and OVER.... All in areas you've seen a thousand times and devoid of anything interesting.... anywhere. The way the ad has been worded... you get the impression there's so much difference between #1 and 2... Not so... in reality it's the same ... same basic story, same exact locations, NO improvement in any goodies, and the same, boring, empty locals... and game play. So one can "zoom" further than the other... big deal.... doesn't make up for the lack of any real interesting events... or items.... or... or.... or.... Gotta hand it to GOG and the dev's.... at least it's one of the best... CON JOBS, I've seen in a long time. Think I'll go watch the paint dry.
