The mod is fully playable in English. For other supported languages, localization is partial: while all UI elements remain in English, lore documents and quest content are translated.
Beelzebub, or
Diablo I HD Mod, is a complex modification for the first installment of the Diablo series, which introduces a number of interesting improvements to the gameplay, a lot of new content and - most importantly - increased resolution.
Beelzebub enriches the cult Diablo series with a real mass of intriguing content, presenting it all in
HD resolution. The modification adds new
locations,
missions,
spells,
skills and
monsters,
204 unique items,
170 crafting recipes, several
new character classes (Warrior, Sorcerer, Rogue, Necromancer or Barbarian),
28 sets and
105 set items,
four difficulty levels available in the single player mode, as well as a host of
other gameplay improvements. The developer has also thought of a few additions in terms of
interface,
support for widescreen, and - as we have already mentioned -
full integration with the new Windows systems. There is no denying that there is a lot to it, so every fan of the series, especially of the ‘one’, will undoubtedly not pass by this modification indifferently.
