Ripped off mini game from another game??

Imagine my massive disapointment to find out this was a game I had already played, because it's a mini game inside Van Helsing. Apparently I missed the part before buying this that it is just that mini game with a few changes. And they are not changes for the better. I actually really liked the mini game in Van Helsing, but this is not as well designed in multiple ways, and the voice commentary is apparently limited to 3 statements so it's annoyingly repetative each stage. And of course, it's offered up as a whole game when it was just a small side portion of another game. Complete waste of money, don't get duped into buying it.

Decent game

Would have given it 4 stars except got stuck on one scenario. Looks like they want a very specific build to pass "bottomless pit" I think it's what it's called. The scenario does a 180 degree turn in that scenario. Instead of focusing on your traps that scenario expects you to do all the killing yourself.

It's playable.

Deathtrap was a minigame that showed up a few times in Van Helsing 3 and Van Helsing: Final Cut by the same developers. Deathtrap is a Tower Defense game where you walk around attacking things yourself. Mechanics here were slightly changed to fit the genre better, different skill trees, but is it enough? Deathtrap has 13 maps, around 10 hours. Lots more to do after, redoing maps on higher difficulties. I have no interest in doing so. The game has plenty of towers available; you can reset the skill trees for both the towers and your character by paying gold, it's fine. Having to buy potions seemed weird and less fine. I played this while watching YouTube videos on my second screen, I doubt I would have kept going otherwise. The game is technically fine, it's not broken, it's not boring. It's not anything. Games that are fine are worse than bad games, because you can't even enjoy how bad they are. Deathtrap is the absence of enjoyment.

Bon Défense de tours mais très difficile

C'est un bon jeu mais il est très difficile et pour améliorer notre stratégie, on est poussé à jouer plusieurs fois les niveaux. De plus, c'est plus ou moins difficle selon le personnage que l'on choisit ... Je n'aurais pas dit non s'il avait été un peu plus facile.
