Love the story, characters, and endings

I love this game enough to give it a 5-star, because it exceeds my expectation of a cyberpunk-themed RPG: - Overall, I find that the story is very well thought-out if I look at the entire main quests and how some of the optional side quests play into the ending(s). - I find that most of the side characters are pretty deep and interesting. That makes the character-related side quests worth the time for me. I don't know their back-story from Cyberpunk 2020 (if any), but - The core themes of cyberpunk is echoed and utilized throughout the main and side quests. For the most part, the writings aren't just a simple lift-and-shift of a generic story from another universe. That said, I hope CDPR will fix a lot of the game-breaking bugs and quality-of-life issues. And I don't blame the CDPR devs; I blame their execs and management.

Marketing sell us different game

Bugs aside , this game is the most beautyfull world in games but empty and boring like FF15. CP2077 really remainds me FF15 in witchyou drive 15min from quest to quest in beautyfull empty world. - RPG - not egsisting you character creation, Stats, life path do not change linear story. Remember how you can in Witcher3 mess up Tusson mission and end up with black and withe sad Tusson .... nope not even that. - Character Stats - you have 5 diferent main tree and they have 2-3 branches. You get points from XP but also by using specific branch eg when you use hand gun you can lvl to 20 this branch but only this one , the main ones you can lewel using point from XP. + Quests/Character missions - Great story, - Jobs/Gigs - too many, pointles, repetive, - Cars/Bikes - dont use them ,

What am i doing wrong?

Don't have much time to play, so really have to be carefull when choosing titles to play. I've played for 30 hours, and really only in the beggining of main quest, but that is the onliest game for quite a long time that make me forget about time. Deep, stunning and atmospheric game, that easily gives you gameplay you like, whether it stels, melee or gunfighting. And i've seen lots of bug on youtube, but the onliest occured with me was car collisions - jumping a little bit too high sometimes. I'm playing on amd 2800 and geforce 1060 -6gb, medium-high quality and i've stable fps! Didn't have any crashes or freezes, no quest buga, ot anything that could spoil impression. Thanks to cdpr, real masterpiece. The game to spend time in.

Drama Queens, Drama Queens Everywhere...

I've been gaming since the days of the Atari 2600 and my first home computer was the Commodore 64 so I've probably got thicker skin than most. That being said I've been having a blast with 2077. Does it have lootboxes? No. Is it bug free? No. Does it have issues? Yes. Do any of the issues prevent someone from enjoying the game? Not on PC 2077 scratches all the itches I was hoping for. Cyberware game play is great and offers a multitude of ways to complete an area without ever being seen. Gun play is great, everything else is either good or acceptable. Graphics are beautiful, the city is great to explore, it all comes together rather well. The city isn't a sandbox like GTA but more a set with dressing in which to encapsulate the story, and for that purpose it works extremely well. No software is ever 100% bug free though, even notepad.exe has had zero day exploits!! I get that 2077 has quite a few more bugs than a normal release, but it's not the end of the world nor is it the end of the game. Either wait for patches, or put your big girl pants on and laugh at the bugs if/when they occur. I've had 2 crashes in 70 hours of gameplay and I can say I've had more crashes in Flightsim2020 or DCS in the same time period. It's not perfect but it certainly delivers in its own ways and for that I thank the cdpr developers as they've done a great job delivering a story driven game in a world full of battle royale and lootbox nightmares.

Punk as fuck.

Is this game perfect at this point? Fuck no. Is it good? Fuck yes. Bugs need to be ironed out and I trust CDPR will do this. So far the quests and story is the most compelling I've seen probably ever. I'm willing to wait for the fixes, Fuck corporate and there deadlines..I'm sure that's the reason this game was released in this state. I mwill give CDPR devs the benefit of the doubt on this one and will wait for fixes and balance patches.
