Great Cyberpunk themed game,... BUT...
It "CAN" have some considerable amout of bugs and glitches, I say "CAN" because obviously there are many videos out there showing them, however I personally have had the luck of only having very minor bugs and sitting at 100h the game didn't crash once for me, which is actually a surprise to me. So The game overall performance isn't that good but it is not nearly as bad as most people say and the last patch improved performance for me. If you are the impacient type of guy buy it if you are into the "cyberpunk" setting because it absolutely delivers, even with the occasional bug this game is really good. If not wait at least till further improvements are getting released.

Good at first impression
Extremely ambitios game that manages to do all the essentials right, but it's not the best game out there from a technical point of view. Pros: The plot in interesting, characters are good, the quests seem interesting and there are many ways to approach them, the open world is big and beautiful (as expected) and the gameplay is solid, so it does all the essentials right. The level of costumisation (character creation, character development, etc) is also fairly deep. Cons: I haven't encountered any major bugs in the little amount of time I've spent, but there are a ton of minor annoying glitches. I think the cake needed a bit more time in the oven. The NPC's are as lifeless as they can be, which is very disappointing because unlike bugs, it's not really something that can be fixed in the future - this is a major flaw of the game. Verdict: Not the best action open world game and definitely not the best RPG out there, but one of the best games that combine both. As good as it is (and it is) it's not something so special we've seen before (as it was hyped to be). The story seems promising so far... If it proves to be top notch until the end of the game, I might change the review to 5 stars, although as I said, since the bar was raised so high, the game itself is below expectations for me.

Great! But flawed
A visually fantastic game, truly a marvel to look at, with super detailed environment and superb world that can be traversed vertically just as well as horizontally and offers plenty of great details. I love to just run around and explore, and this game has tons of exploring to offer. Night City feels alive, breathing, more than any game in its genre. But you can only partly participate. Most of your interaction is done through quests, otherwise there's little to do. Main questline is fantastic! With many good characters and excellent writing. It offers a solid theme, many happy, fun, sad, tense moments, and hints at many deep topics that really made me think. Great! I even enjoyed a bunch of the sidequests, for the most part, they are done very well. But they bring nothing new. Apart from the main questline, which is obviously a carefully crafted story with little to no input from the player, you are just along for the ride, most sidequests revolve around you killing a bunch of goons or delivering an item somewhere. A bit disappointing, considering the huge potential of a sci-fi world in such a huge city. The AI is alright, not very good or bad, just alright. The menus are obviously made for controllers, which is a shame, because this sacrificed many QoL options for PC players, and the menus feel clunky and old. Overall, I like this game. I'm having a great time playing it. It definitely didn't hold up to the unrealistic, sky-high expectations of the internet, but judging it by what it is, it's a solid game that does many things right, and has great potential. However, I feel like it wasn't ready. The bugs and issues are one thing (I haven't experienced any crashes myself, and FPS hasn't dipped below 50), but clearly there are aspects where the game feels hollow and barebones. It could have been fantastic, magnificent, revolutionary. But it's not. It has great story, but gameplay-wise, stays in line with many older open-world shooters, which is a pity.
