So Glad I Got My Money Back
Everyone has ran into the ground enough of why this game was a shit show money was better spent on Dungeon and Dragons Chronicles of Mystara and a couple other games i got off the steam sale at that time.

Simply a good game
Since reviews for cyberpunk seem to be plagued by the type of person of :" I thought this was going to be the best game ever but it wasn't and now I have to vent my frustration but hide that fact" I thought I should add my review. The review of someone who did not have any expectations other than this being the next game from CDPR. And you can see that it is a CDPR game. With one difference: it's less buggy. I know quite the shocker right? I am ofc talking solely about the PC release and not the old gen console release. I played this game on release date. I played almost 90hrs of it, without a single game breaking bug and maybe one crash. Now compare this to my recently started fresh playthrough of Witcher 3 GOTY edition. Within 18 hrs I had 3 freezes/crashes and several quest softlocks (I had to reload to continue). That game has been out for 7 years already and has had more than enough patches and is still way more buggy than CP. So why is it then, that everyone loves Witcher 3 but hates CP? Quite simple really. No one expected anything from CDPR before Witcher 3. Expectations skyrocketed after the success of Witcher 3. Additionally the setting of Witcher is way more intriguing in general compared to that of CP. Nowadays we are almost LIVING CP. CP is not some fantasy it is pretty much reality, besides the whole cybernetics and sci-fi stuff ofc. The setting and stories you can create are all too familiar und you can immediately tell where they are going. The Witcher however is foreign to everyone, thus the stories are more unexpected and more intriguing. So since all of you probably played Witcher 3: the gameplay is very similar tbh. Just with guns. You tick boxes on a big map (remember the question marks? yea they are in here too) and you do side quests. All in all it is pretty much Witcher 3 with a different setting, worse story and more stable.

Amazing story and writing
To me, the story, quests, writing, characters are worth a thorough play through at least once. Took me around 85 hours to do in one go, all vehicles and quests, which is less than a buck an hour for entertainment. Economics aside, I truly wish the fundemental, juicy RPG game elements were left in/expanded upon, and the world made more interactive. It seems a lot of areas in the game world just lead to a dead end or unused, untapped space that could have been used for at the very least, an easter egg. I'd love to delve into night city night life, but you only get to see it through a window pane most of the time. I will say the city looked beautiful. Lots of character in the design, just no gameplay attached to a lot of it. It's just sad. What happened? Its just a video game I guess. I don't want to think too much about it. I had my fun, there is my 2cents. Have a nice day

Worst launch in the history
And I specifically mean video game launch and specifically a game from a studio that people cared about. I really enjoyed the game at the launch and I'm one of the lucky who got less graphical and game breaking glitches. But 1.0.4 was bad, 1.0.5 was even worst, 1.0.6 a bit better but graphical core was violated so much that cars couldn't render properly. Now we have 1.5... honestly "free DLCs" are awful. Housing/sleeping is still useless. Graphical core still feal itself bad and the game became unplayable for some of the audience. The last part alone makes 1.5 a failure and put the game in need of degradation. Now CDPR announced that thay are working on new Witcher game. They work on fixing Cyberpunk, making paid DLCs for this game, porting the Witcher 3 on the next-gen and making a new game in the same universe (have a suspicion that it might be related to the awful Netflix series). Sorry, but for as a developer CDPR is striked out of "good developer" list.

like a intense movie
Well, we all know the hype and the unfulfilled expectations. But I have now waited another 1 year to enjoy the game. It was worth it. Feels like being in an intense movie. Nice adventure, until now. I'm not done with the game yet.
