I seem to be one of the lucky ones...

I never got the game breaking glitches and although the vanilla performance was lacking, the first patch fixed it, so i could play smoothly on my 5 year old gaming laptop. The gameplay was really nice (except i kept healing my non existent wounds instead of crouching - mostly my bad :D), I do however regret, that devs went with shorter main story than Witcher 3. I do hope that DLCs will lenghten or at least add new deep story quests, not just fetch/kill/steal kinds. I saw some critiques on Keanus role as Johnny Silverhand, but I call bullshit. For me, he creates a great (sometimes even quirky) character and I loved his presence as an "on again off again" companion. I hope there will be more of him in the upcoming content. Is this game breath taking? For me, absolutely! It has to be admitted however, that I am not exactly a regular game player, so my standards may differ from yours. Still, I highly recommend you give this game a go, even if it's in a month or two, when even the console versions are debugged

Great game, but needs more polish

I thoroughly enjoyed the game. You can feel the passion of the develpers behind it. The only downside is that it is still somewhat buggy, but that will hopefully be fixed in the near future. Would recommend the game anyway!

Good, but not Great

Tl:Dr - Temper your expectations and you'll have a good time. Put this on a pedestal and it will disappoint every time. Is this a good game? Yes. Is this a great game? No. CP2077 has a lot of good, fundamental gamplay aspects. It's world is extremely detailed, and there's no reason why this shouldn't be a masterpiece like The Witcher 3. So why isn't it? I think it comes down to three main points: 1 - What was promised is not there. There was a lot of things cut or just outright not presented. This wouldn't be a huge issue, but expectations were not tempered so users are confused between the publisher and online reviews. 2 - Scope. I think the scope was huge! Too huge. The detail I mentioned earlier is actually to a point of annoyance. There's only so many useless items you can pick up before you turn from, "Hey this is really cool." to, "On look, another pack of useless cards to scrap". A perfect example is the trash the lies outside the city. An important piece of the backstory, every single piece of garbage is crafted. Every. Single. Piece. It's a nice touch, but it also inhibits the player from traveling. You can walk on top of it, but risk clipping through and getting stuck. Again, nice, but too much. 3 - The main story is amazing! I've haven't completed it, but what I've seen has touched and moved me. The other side objectives at usually 'meh'. It's not about challenge, but rather story. Oddly, some side missions are really, really good. One had me stealing info from a ripper doc. I went through the back, but ended up finding him on his couch. He tried to haggle with me, but as a altruistic non-lethal fixer, I decided against it. He ended up fleeing his apartment, and I chased him until he got into the passenger's side of a car and a ghost drove him away. Great stroy (save the ending) and something that I think adds to users' mixed opinion on this title.

I love this game

All in all for me personally this is one of the best games I have ever played. For me the story got me hooked unlike any other game has before. The story is incredible in my opinon. For me, the beautiful open world combined with those awesome characters you encounter on your way of becoming a night city legend is just phenomenal. I agree with the fact, that there are some bugs here and there, BUT atleast for me it was nothing game breaking in a way that it made me enjoy the story line less. I also must mention that actual game breaking bugs, as the 8mb safe file bug, got patched from CDPR within only days, it shows that they are truly working on things like that! If you are looking for a game with an awesome story, chraracters, openworld and in which even the sidequest are beautifully designed and very individual each and every time, this game is for you. I highly recommend it!

EPIC

Biensur c'est pas au niveau de TW3 CEPENDANT!! l'ambience de night city, c'est quelque chose d'unique! 10/10! J'ai acheté 2 versions (boite et steam) et jusqu'à present 0 crash en 260h! et je suis qu'a l'acte 2! Hate de voir la suite du developpement & DLC
