Cyberpunk 2077

First up - yes, there are bugs, but they're getting fixed - yes, NPC interaction outside of the main characters is basically non-existent - yes, it could do with a lot of massaging to be worthy of CDProjekt's reputation - yes, there was no way this could ever have lived up to the hype But... if you can get past some of the game world issues, the story that is there is decent. The graphics are great. The sound is top notch. The gameplay shouldn't be too unfamiliar to those who played Witcher3. Spells are hacks. You have guns. Its clearly the same base game mechanics. I think much of the issues can be fixed at least somewhat with patches and add-on DLC. It's still one of the few recent games i bothered to spend the time to complete in late 2020/early 2021. If you're more concerned with gunplay and game mechanics, maybe buy on sale (or not at all). If you're more interested in the story element, its decent. I'm not upset with my purchase.

After two playthroughs and almost one year of wait since release, this game is still a buggy, empty mess without a soul to speak of whatsoever. Not even an Enhanced Edition is ever going to salvage this...CDPR should have stuck to their guns and made another Witcher or Witcher-like game and not squandered everything on this disaster. They went from TW3 with 11/10 to -999/10 with CP77...way to ruin a reputation and a company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS

So, i guess i will repeat a lot of what other guys said before me. We were promised incredible character customization, venicle customization, game being an RPG, great optimization. All we got were awesome trailers and terrible mess of a game. I can make giant balls, but not customise muscles, i cannot use different loking implants, cannot customise my car, choices have no meaning if they are there at all. My PC is in recommended specs for easy full hd 60 fps, but the max i got is 45 fps on LOWEST settings. Characters cannot be interacted with, they have no AI. This game feels like a pretty painted cardboard box and shares the same quality: it is just as empty. And you cannot patch an empty game. No Man's Sky felt terrible at release, but this feels much worse. And the best thing about this purchase is that i asked for refund and almost a WEEK has passed-complete silence on their side. DID YOU JUST STEAL MY MONEY, guys?

This game consists of three disparate games, - Story, which is a glorified walking simulator with a dozen different meaningless endings - Singleplayer campaign, which is a mediocre corridor shooter - Sandbox which is unballanced, ubisofted, generic, boring and lifeless This is no Role Playing Game, and it isn't "mature" but prudish and pornography for pre-teens If you have enough computer to throw at it, the game can look pretty, with all the lighting and effects, but beneath that shiny veneer hides an ugly and generic sandbox. The cyberpunk dystopia sometimes shines through in some of the quests, but it's more wading through worn out copy pasta than actual gameplay. Sandbox also offers no interactivity, no ramps or stuff to do. Ironically the piles of easter eggs serve to point to better products.

Never been much into the cyberpunk setting and future stuff so I didn't expect to like the aspects about that. But the game is half baked. Many bugs on my PC, can't even finish some quests and the immersion is broken every time. The story is fine but forgettable. Cutscenes are top-notch but who cares about that in a game. The city feels empty. It's big and looks gorgeous of course but presents not much value. Almost all doors are locked, you only end up going from mission to mission. It's a sad game because it could have been so much better.
