Not a DLC
DLC should be part of the game, this is not. It is a link to an external paid site, and it doesn't even work on top of that. I followed the link and the "premium" content was not unlocked after buying this and they wanted to charge me more to get the content I already paid for with this. Thankfully GOG refunded this purchase. Make this an offline, stand alone map with no DRM, and I will think about buying it.

Include self-hostable version
Buying this on gog (a DRM-free platform) you may think you get everthing you need to view this website locally, you don't. You will need access to an external server. And also no, you won't get a server shipped to your house. I really hope the revenue this generated for CDPR surpassed the cost of bad press this generated, but I really doubt so.

If you like DRM, this purchase is for you. If you love the idea of having to create an account with a 3rd party in order to access an item purchased on a DRM-free platform, then bless your hearts, this purchase is for you.
