Fun even if clunky

A fun little 3rd person action adventure with rpg bits. No it does not live up to might and magic legacy and it is a bit clunky since it is in the early days of 3D engines. Still a fun game to play. Not nearly as boring or liniear as some people claim. If you are not convinced get it on sale and give it a go. It;s not perfect but it can provide some entertainment if you are willing to not be super picky.

Some Mighty and Magical action

This game is not a miracle but still very enjoyable. Especially If you are Might and Magic fan just like me.

Eternal favourite of mine

How I love this game. Yes, I use present tense. It is incredible, but that game still runs on my Vista 64-bit system. I tried it out about 1 1/2 month earlier, around X-mas. I had a great laugh, when it came to that jump and run sequence with the tree. I remembered, how I lingered earlier and had to try and try and retry. This thime I jumped over the whole room and took that final jump after about three times. What a feeling, to see, that one may get better with the years, even with jump and run games (which is definitely not my strong side).

3DO Takes Might and Magic to Ardon!

Crusaders was actually not developed by Jon Van Caneghem or New World Computing. This game is the sole innovation of 3DO, and the Easter eggs are pretty cool. They mention the Ancients, and Necros, who is also mentioned in the Might and Magic books. Gameplay is fun and Drake is a great character, however the experience is short and too the point, and the world of Ardon is not very well developed either. If you're a fast gamer, you'll probably finish this game in a day or two. It's fun and worth the low price. Enjoy! Grade: C

Nostalgia-train

this game was one of the first I played on PC. it was in the supplement of a gaming magazine (pc guru). it brought back old memories for me and that's exactly why I bought it. it's pretty shabby, but if you download the texture pack (moddb, nexusmods) it will be somewhat better. it's a shame that the in-game music 'disappears' on Windows 10 and 11
