An eerie and cute survival horror homage

A great game for the bite-sized horror gamers! It is a game that plays much like the Resident Evil classic games but uses a different art style to convey a 'more cute' overall design. It is, indeed, a very curious aesthetic choice because there is a diorama feeling in all maps and characters, thematically rhyming with the idea of a abandoned theme park. This evocation of 'dead childhood' is the core of the experience, when you engage with this forsaken and continuously invaded park. But is a total mystery everything that happens here and from where all this malificent traps and deformed creatures are coming from. Great (and fictional) PS1 vibes because of the low poly art, great sound design and great ambience overall! Even with some spooky and scares along the way. The story itself is really engaging and, hard as could seem, really cute in my understading. For me is like the Short Hike for horror fans! Indies are the best and this game proves it.

Fantasic theme park survival horror!

I'm a sucker for theme parks and this game gets the atmosphere down! The story is wild but fun and the gameplay and puzzles are great too! i have this on steam and will gladly re-buy here on GOG! If you like theme parks and survival horror this is the game for you!

An Amazing & Terrifying Walk in the Park

Game is almost perfect in my view, but as an indie game made by two people, it lacks some features we would normally expect (mostly graphical options and controls settings) from a full thought out production, which, in this amazing case, is good. Its good because clearly Tom and Adam (the devs which are also brothers, by the way) focused on everything that should be mainly focused on: Gameplay Mechanics, Writing, Story, Lore, Art Style, and Completeness. This game is better made than some Resident Evil and Silent Hill sequels, and I'm not even joking here. Devs respect its inspirations with honour and courage, which lacks nowadays, even on indie scene, where most try to copy the formulae that apparently sells most at the time. They're clearly experimenting and working on adding more support for modding and K+M, as apparently they've built the last version of the game on Mono again, which is more supported for modding and are working on implementing Controls Remapping in the game. In my book, they deserve all the praise and support we can give. :) Oh, also, if you're a Survival Horror fan, play on the last difficulty! Otherwise, the game will be a "Walk in the Park!" ;) Hope GOG manages to also get SIGNALIS here in the future too!

Good Stuff

Hits you right in the nostalgia nerve. It's fun and well written. The only thing is when aiming with a controller the "A" and "B" button seem to swap position. It's kind of odd. I'll keep testing and change review to 5/5 if I figure it out.
