Neither old nor good

So, you know what happened after Zeus said: "Release the Kraken!"? Well, it looks like the devs have that Kraken running amok syndrome. Reoccuring bugs (despite being stated as fixed in patchnotes), change of platform it's run on (dropping Win 7&8 over, yes, it used to say that it's compatible with those systems). If you're on Win 10+ and had couple of drinks beforhand whilst playing this game for laughs and giggles when 5 different customers get stuck naked in changing area, and then go to the common rooms once released, then yeah, get it on mega sale or something like that.It can be fun, just like playing with burning candle and getting burnt a bit after you played with hot wax.

Kingdom Come and have a drink

A management game that looks simple, but reveals complexity unique to the Medieval time period.....Run and Inn and sell some Mead, how hard can it be I thought ?. And my first job is to prepare the Inn for a wedding event. Well.....with the Tutorial guiding me every step of the way, I still made numerous mistakes. For example I placed storage shelves in a convenient space for quick access.......that also left it in plain sight to inspection and confiscation as I had bought the goods from a 'non sanctioned' source (black market). I managed to progress well enough...but replacing confiscated stock had severely hit my initial coin reserve. With my Inn walls expanded, more tables and chairs added...some basic lighting in place..and a serving wench who spends more time on breaks than working ...I was warned, but she was cheap. I felt as though I had got to grips with the core mechanics...... as the Tutorial told me it's time to add food to the menu, I built my kitchen with the now familiar toolbar system, added every possible cooking implement to the room....hired a cook..then wondered why my guests were not ordering more than mead ???... Aha.....I had to add meals ot the menu before...erm....what meals can I cook ?....erm...where is the best place to source the ingredients ?....what is the delivery time and distance....and Now I really could use sales money from the stock that was confiscated.....I still Have that Wedding to prepare for .......!!!!!!

I absolutely love this game

Yes, there are a few bugs. They don't even bother me, that's how fun this game is! And I trust they will patch it soon. I haven't played a good simulation game in quite a while and this just hits a sweet spot for me. The economy system is great. You really have to plan where you buy what. Sometimes accepting a higher price because you then can bulk order with something else so overall you get a better trade, after adding on shipping costs. I love the personal feeling you get through the campaign mode and RPG Elements. A really well made crossover.
