what's 1.31 gog hotfix
is only me that gets an error popup window at startup? fyi: i don't use gog galaxy.. my 1 star is for gog and not for the game...

Great game
Note: played on PS4 Pro, so I won't speak on performance. I thoroughly enjoyed this game. It's basically a third person super hero game, but with a pretty weird atmospheric setting. The game play loop is awesome and, kinda like third person version of a mertroidvania. being able to access previously off-limits area once new abilities are earned. The story is fascinating, almost a horror/thriller. My only complaint is cheap deaths in the pretty basic boss battles. You'll kinda be required to die once or twice just to figure out the bosses move set. Once you do' the boss battles become a rinse repeat until they're dead.

Poorly optimized.
The game's concept is cool, the characters feel like real people, the setting is amazing and the powers/gimmicks you get are fun. However, the optimization of this game is the trashiest I have ever seen since Borderlands games, crashes due to an overload of effects, frame drops left and right, and worst of all most crashes happen during boss fights. My PC runs Red Dead 2 and Mankind Divided on high settings, there is no reason for this game to be at medium and still having obnoxious crashes.

Coup de coeur !
Graphiquement magnifique, l'ambiance est réussie au possible. Niveau sonore rien à redire niveau musique par contre la VF pêche par certains moments mais le problème est surtout la synchronisation labiale qui est CATASTROPHIQUE ! Mais vraiment c'est incroyable : ça vous sort du jeu direct en voyant un personnage remuer les lèvres sans rien dire... Deuxième problème : les PNJs ont beaucoup de tête copier/coller et là aussi ça casse un peu le mythe. Énorme point positif sur les petits détails dans les décors, animations, etc... : ça fourmille ! Notons aussi une destruction du décors sympathique qui pour une fois quand vous sortez et rentrez dans un niveau, les réparations sont expliqués. Quant aux DLCs : Fondation est ok. (Je l'ai pas trouvé très passionnant) par contre, EAM est très intéressant surtout si on est fan d'Alan Wake. Rarement un jeu m'aura autant tenu en haleine : je ne platine en principe jamais les jeux que je fais mais là j'ai fais une exception ! L'univers est tout simplement un passionnant hommage à la Fondation SCP (Culture internet) qui peut augurer un véritable univers avec des jeux interconnectés. Je conseille fortement !
