A great continuation of the commands games, sadly Commandos 3 wasn't the greatest but I will not let that bring down my rating of this game. This is truly a game for someone who loves puzzles, granted if you want to you can go an decimate most people on the map but for me I like to get in and out getting the bonus items as stealthy as possible. Worth the low low price tag here.

Check if the game doesn't work on Win 10
Pro tip: If the game doesn't work on Win 10 and you have tried everything to fix that, just unpluged your wireless headphones adapter. It worked for me ;)

Catastrophic technical failure
So I got all of the Commandos games somewhere else first (probably the humble store, ergo Steam versions) and since they had pretty catastrophic technical failures, I bought them here again, in the hopes that the GOG versions would work. They don't. I get the same issues: I tried on a modern Win7 64bit machine and the games would display 0.1 fps in the menu, which is such horrible lag that I couldn't even click anything at all. This is true for all of the 2D Commandos titles (Call of Duty, Beyond Enemy LInes and Commandos 2). Sometimes alt-tabbing would freeze the PC, sometimes I was lucky enough to open the task manager and force close the process. Either way, on a reboot, the PC would run chkdsk prior to booting Windows. Every time after I had to force close the game. I'm not adventurous enough to risk data loss while mucking about with dozens of potential workarounds for a trip down nostalgia lane. If you want to risk it, better try in a VM first. Commandos 3 works, but that's the one I don't care about playing.

Great games, GREAT prize
I already have this games, and the only think i can say is this games are one of the best options for everyone who wants to play a really nice WWII. This saga and Silent storm, and Bliztkrieg are the best for me in this page.

Ah.... I remember i've played first commandos game and i liked it very much. Then commandos 2 came out and that was just mind blowing! There were no game that has such interesting stealth mechanics, that was so polished and long. Mission maps are just huge! In fact now games tend to simplify stealth mechanics a lot – giving chance for player to amend mistake, fix it. Here it’s pure hardcore. Commandos 3 moved to mass market more –more cut scenes, smaller maps, less planning. Though it still better than most games in the market! It’s one of these games, that worth playing even after years and it still provide great satisfaction.
