Game does not launch on Win11

Game is great (5/5) when running on older systems but I was not able to run it on Windows 11 so 1 star from me. I tried with the standalone installation files, with gog galaxy, with installing nglide and dgvoodoo. I tried various compatibility modes, no success. It either opens a black screen then crashes or goes through the video intro and shows the menu background with no text before crashing. The closest I got was running it in software mode but that's not really recommended as everything is messed up graphically. I could not find a solution on GOG support. Sucks.

Carmageddon 2: Carmageddonier

An example of the best kind of sequel. Everything you loved about the original but now more of it. New areas, new cars, new peds. Add to that the new physic driven zombies which let you ping severed heads into a crowd like a bowling pin. Less importantly it features newly improved AI which no longer just sits on its roof and lets you whale on it. Improved driving physics that lets you drive in a car that's bent in half like a taco. If that's not enough, how about the fact Stainless Games is still alive and well and not only will they get paid for your purchase but they'll be using that money to fund the recently announced Carmageddon: ReinCarnation?
