Hack n Slash
Bloodrayne Betrayal Fresh Bites is a 2-D Hack n Slash game. The combat is a bit repetitive but fun and smooth. It is a lot of fun to play and runs very smoothly and is great looking too.

So sloppy...
I don't understand how something like Bloodrayne got as far as it did for an IP that borrowed too heavily from other, but better, vampiric media. Other than just simply being sex appeal considering the main character and the very loopy storyline that just made absolutely no sense. It doesn't help that there are games like BloodRayne Betrayal: Fresh Bites that just harm whatever integrity there is to have been built off the IP. Because while the art style is just passable, not great or good, but passable. The music and presentation is okay. The fundamental flaws comes down to it's gameplay and animation. You will feel and see how slippery and inconsistent the way the combat is executed because of how bad the animations between actions and interacting with the environment just doesn't meet well. It'll turn into a frustrating slog of a time playing this game because you get knocked down or damaged, feels like an eternity to get up and recover from. Performing combos and getting hits is just unsatisfying. I had to put this game down after completing Chapter 1 because I could not simply see myself going the mile into completing this game because of how bad the animation and gameplay is.

Crappy XBLA/PS3 shovelware.
Seriously. There are no cool enemies to fight and the actual player sprites don't even look like the awesome cover art. Voice acting is the stereotypical bad weeb dub quality and there's no real story to it. Just go play metroid or castlevania or any other 2D pixelshit game over this.
