Hard to get working, not worth it

Takes a not-insignificant amount of effort to get running on Win10. The game is complete garbage at any rate so don't bother. Not a fraction of the charm of the original Blood. The "future" setting is extremely lame. None of the weapons are satisfying. The enemy AI alternates between doing huge hitscan damage to you the instant you're spotted and not even being able to pathfind to you in the most basic situations. Level designs are bad in terms of both aesthetics and flow. Simply not worth playing for any reason.

id give this an honest review if i could even play the game i get about 5 minutes in and now im stuck on not responding constantly compatability mode doesnt help and applying patches hasnt helped at all. maybe make sure the game actually works so your not asking for money for a broken product

Believe everything you've heard

Even with the fixes from PCGW it will get you to the point of playing what feels like an alpha version of the game. I was also have lots of issues with a jerky mouse despite capping at 60fps as recommended.

Flawed but Fun

Very fun game, that is a little flawed. The game sometimes crashes and the setting is nothing like the first game but it is a very fun game to play. Probably impossible to beat without cheats but hell is it ever fun to play.

Great game but snuffed out by Half Life

This was a great shooter and a lot of fun. It would have done better, but got snuffed out in the shadow of Half Life. It had some bugs with the characters and they didn't seem to have different abilities as suggested, but it was still a really fun game. I actually enjoyed it more than half life as a shooter.
