Blood....you wish
Terrible game that is being overrated by nostalgia blinded fanboys of the 90s (a trend on GOG). I love Blood, and this is an insult to that game. Lame weapons, generic setting, uninspired level design, and just terrible broken AI. On normal, the AI does inconsistent damage (takes out more or less damage), on easy, AI is a joke. Some of the levels are so badly designed, that you will lose your health and won't be able to advance because the AI is so cheap and will kill you in a heartbeat.

LAME
Horrible graphics, gameplay, and plot. Way to take the fun out of the original! Obviously a rush job that struggled with adapting to polygonal graphics. I really do hate that transitional era of gaming...

The worst sequel in gaming history?
What is with all the 5 star reviews here? I honestly can't think of a worse sequel in the entire history of video games. Star Control 3? Merely mediocre. Dragon Age 2? Didn't explode into glitches every 2 minutes. There are a bunch of reviews here that go into better detail, but I'll just add my voice that this is a boring, unbalanced, unpolished, buggy, unfunny followup to the original with all the fun sucked out.

Redefining the word suck
The first Blood remains my favorite 1st person shooter of all time, but this unworthy sequel deserves only to be flushed down the sewer with the rest of the crap. The first and biggest problem is that the game needs to be played in a room where the PC is the only source of light. Otherwise, it's a pitch-black waste. Enemies are damn near invincible, and freakin' annoying. Gameplay is boring and formulaic. Take Blood, remove the creepy and sometimes hilarious atmosphere, unique weapons, entertaining story and every ounce of fun, and you have Blood 2. I hope someone lost their job over this train wreck.
