Blackwell Saga
The most fantastic game of the time! I was so captivated by the story line i played them all continuously i didn't think it was possible to get obsessed with these sort of games again but the story line is just great! can't wait till they make the next one!

Short and sweet
The Bundle is my first experience with this game series, but I love them all the same. The Blackwell Series is similar to old Sierra games, like Police Quest and Leisure Suite Larry. The stories are well written mysteries with just the right amount of humor and charm. They are a little on the easy side, but most adventure games are more about the story experience than the game play. Four games for eight bucks is a great deal. Heck, it is fifteen bucks for the first three elsewhere! If you enjoy adventure games, this is worth the price.

Great Games
I really enjoyed these games, especially the first two. The stories were interesting, the graphics were OK and voice acting was excellent, especially those of the main characters. I really cared for the characters, even the minor ones, which shows how great the writing is (thanks, Dave Gilbert). A couple of minor niggles - The fourth game did away with the characters' facial animation, which I thought was a mistake. Also the games were light on puzzles, though it didn't bother me too much due to the powerful stories. These are some of the best adventure games around as long as you prefer a good story to a puzzle-fest.

Fantastic point & click puzzle game
Very enjoyable with engaging main characters you grow to care about and storylines which are compelling enough to keep you up "just one more hour" when you should have been in bed long ago. While not completely without faults (as with any scripted game there are moments of "why don't we just (X) instead?") but on the whole is so well crafted I have to give 5 stars. If you've played other point & click puzzle games and enjoyed them, then you really can't go wrong with this series.

Rekindled my love for Point and Click
I grew up loving Space Quest and Quest for Glory. Loved them, but sucked at them. Now that I am older I can actually both enjoy these games and beat them. I forgot how much I loved these games until I got the Blackwell Bundle randomly for a $2 sale. Everything that made Space Quest overly frustrating seems to be fixed in these Blackwell games. They have all of the fun and satisfaction from figuring out there logical puzzles, but less of the overwhelming frustration that 90s point and click adventures sometimes had (such as dropping or misusing one item that made the game unwinabble two hours later). Great voice acting. Great music/atmosphere. And good writing. It is a compelling enjoyable games, and now I will go back and play point and click again for the first time in many years. Thank you Blackwell!
