Deluxe Upgrade still not available...
Honestly how hard can it be to give people their preorder bonus. i want to start a new game with the bonus content, instead i'm not playing the game at all waiting for GOG to get their stuff in order...very disappointing

GOG Version - STILL NO Digital Deluxe
I purchased 2 copies of the game. 1 on Steam, and 1 on GoG. The steam game has the Digital Deluxe, and was available at launch. The GOG version still does not. I followed all instructions on their page. I also submitted a ticket that was marked as solved without sending me an email or doing anything that I can see on my account. I have been a big supporter of GOG for years. I am very frustrated and ready to Refund my order and purchase elsewhere.

EA - No free upgrade to Deluxe edition
Welp, everything is in the title. Saddly GoG got issues with the free DLC and when you open a request for help they straight up listed it to ''SOLVE'' and don't allow you to counter it. Forum is loaded with people asking what is going on. Will change the review when they fix it... IF they do. Would not pay 10$ to upgrade when it was included. Steam did NOT have this issue.

EA Baldur's Gate buyer since 2020
"Stellar support 24/7" keeps closing all the tickets as solved with 0 response. Bought the game in Early Access in 2020 and the Deluxe edition is not avaible. The game is amazing and has nothing to do with my purchase. But this is last time i buy anything from GoG.
