An adorable (yes, I said it twice) 'Where's Waldo' style game where you look for cats in gorgeous hand drawn maps. Narrative: The castle is cursed! The cats are cursed! Your love is cursed! Find the cats to break the curse! Mechanics: You are given a beautiful and complex, image and you need to find the cats. Find a cat, click on the cat, break the curse. Find enough cats and you unlock the next area. Some of them very well hidden, as well. Visuals: Lovely hand drawn maps. Adorable cats. Presentation: It's very simple. The music is relaxing and there isn't anything complex. Why are you still reading this? Go help those cats!

The images on the store page 1:1 reflect the gameplay and look&feel of the game. Search the still b&w images for kittens to unlock more. Some cats are more obvious than others, some only appear after you manipulate things. There are some inanimate objects to find, to keep things interesting, and a hint feature if you get stuck. In short: This is (so far) the best of the casual "A ... full of Cats" games on GOG, as its features feel complete and mature, it is varied, even includes a boss "fight" at the end. Reasonably priced, short, relaxed fun, that takes one or two rainy afternoons to complete. If you like hidden object games, and you love cats, snuggle up to your favorite fur buddy and/or blanket, and enjoy a cuppa while you go hunting for cuteness, to wind down after a stressful day. For the price tag you can hardly go wrong.

Perso, je ne suis pas super fan des jeux "objets cachés" mais j'avais envie d'un truc court et sans prise de tête. De ce point de vue là, c'est réussi. Les + - La recherche est vraiment confortable. On peut zoomer/dé-zoomer et déplacer le décor comme on veut. - Chaque chat trouvé se colore, on n'a donc plus à s'en occuper pour trouver les autres - Il faut aussi trouver d'autres objets cachés pour progresser mais c'est finalement assez simple, étant donné la minutie nécessaire pour trouver tous les chats - Le tout est enveloppé dans une petite histoire - La musique évoque vraiment bien l'atmosphère d'un château hanté Les - (plus personnels) - La musique m'a gênée. Je la trouve trop "speed" pour ce type de jeu. - L'histoire est un peu bébête et les graphismes quand même pas folichons - Un peu trop "mémère chat" dans l'ensemble (et j'en ai pourtant plein la maison de ces boules de poils à ronrons xD) Ccl Si vous êtes un gaga des chats cela devrait vous plaire. Je pense cependant que c'est plutôt un jeu destinés aux enfants. S'ils aiment les animaux, ils devraient se régaler. Il y a une vraie petite histoire, des coins secrets à trouver et un mini mini boss à la fin qui clôture cette histoire. Le prix est, par ailleurs, très correct.

All the game is summarized in the title, but it does it perfectly. Some cats have ghost or skeleton forms, and some cats are hidden in objects, that makes the exercise more difficult. The draws are cute and the musics groovy, what else?
