EDIT: nvm, I see it works already ;)
If you have all .bin files and setup .exe in one folder:
- run the .exe
- in lower left corner click 'Options' button
- make sure that 'verify files integrity' box is checked
- start the installation process - if it fails it should tell you which file is corrupted.
