An AMD hotfix has been released so (especially) if you are a Radeon user this should help with your launching issues. If the issue still persists with the hotfix, please get in touch with us as it might be a problem with your software/hardware setup and the game which we can look into.

The hotfix has also resolved the camera offset issue.
